Despite a few sprinkles, the rain held off just enough for our gravestone conservation workshop on Saturday, May 24—and we’re happy to report it was a success! We had a great turnout, and everyone rolled up their sleeves to clean and care for veterans’ gravestones at Woodland Cemetery.
Thanks to the group’s hard work, these markers will be looking their best for Memorial Day—an important way to honor and remember those who served.
We’re so grateful to Marianne Greenfield, Town of Delhi Historian, for leading the workshop and sharing her knowledge. We hope to offer more events like this in the future—stay tuned!
